Responsibilities

• Develops, defines and executes project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables
• Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles
• Assigns and monitors work of project/program management staff, providing technical support and direction
• Works on problems of moderate scope and exercises judgement within defined procedures/policies to determine appropriate action
• Interacts daily with subordinates or functional peer groups and interaction normally involves exchanges or presentation of factual information
• Applies comprehensive knowledge of industry practices, cross-departmental processes and procedures

Requirements

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Business or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in operations and/or supply chain disciplines: Inventory Control, Materials Management, Master Scheduling, Production Planning, Logistics, Demand Planning, S&OP
• Supply chain systems implementation experience
• Excellent relationship management with the ability to work effectively across departments and persuade and influence others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000–120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
