Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist

About the role

This position is open exclusively to current 448th Supply Chain Management Wing federal employees. Applicants must submit their most recent SF50 to verify eligibility. Responsibilities

• Serve as a supervisor and position manager over subordinate employees within the 416th SCMS.
• Direct work activities through subordinates with responsibility for maintaining a current knowledge and guiding subordinate employees to provide advice, accountability, and expertise on a continuous basis.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Obtain & maintain a Security clearance
• Mastery knowledge of the applicable principles, concepts, policies, and laws; functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position;
• Extensive knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, practices, and procedures;
• Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of team building, developing interpersonal relationships, maintaining good working relationships, and leading members as a cooperative team;
• Ability to plan, organize, and direct, mentor, motivate and appraise the staff of a small to medium (or large) sized organization;
• Ability to identify, analyze, and translate complex information, make appropriate judgments, and evaluate options;
• Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources;
• Ability to utilize AoP concepts and initiatives to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of an organization.

Pay

2026 Salary Range: $89,508-$138,370 Yearly
