Qualifications
IT-related experience demonstrating the following competencies:

One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) in the Federal service, including:
Leading, planning, and assigning work for an IT team or project, including providing technical guidance and managing project execution.
Designing, developing, or overseeing data integration solutions, such as data warehouses, data lakes, or ETL/ELT processes.
Applying principles of data management, including data architecture, data governance, or data quality assurance, to enterprise-level systems.
Evaluating IT programs or systems and providing recommendations to management or stakeholders on strategic direction, technical architecture, or process improvements.
