Requirements

Qualifications

• IT-related experience demonstrating the following competencies:

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) in the Federal service, including:

  • Leading, planning, and assigning work for an IT team or project, including providing technical guidance and managing project execution.

  • Designing, developing, or overseeing data integration solutions, such as data warehouses, data lakes, or ETL/ELT processes.

  • Applying principles of data management, including data architecture, data governance, or data quality assurance, to enterprise-level systems.

  • Evaluating IT programs or systems and providing recommendations to management or stakeholders on strategic direction, technical architecture, or process improvements.
