About the role
You will serve as a Supervisory General Engineer in the Rapid Capability Engineering Group of NAWCAD WEBSTER OUTLYING FIELD.
Responsibilities
- Plan work and prepares performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
- Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
- Evaluate work performance of subordinates and recommends official performance ratings.
- Make appropriate distinctions in levels of performance while equitably applying performance standards.
- Hear and resolve complaints from employees, referring group grievances and more serious unresolved complaints to a higher level supervisor or manager.
Pay
Minimum Salary: $121,785
Maximum Salary: $187,093
