About the role
You will serve as a Systems Engineering Team Supervisor in the Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) Division (GT56) of NAWCTSD ORLANDO.
Responsibilities
- Develop acquisition documentation and manage technical reviews for highly complex training systems.
- Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary technical team, promoting efficiency and alignment with leadership priorities.
- Coordinate with non-technical stakeholders and functional disciplines across the full acquisition lifecycle.
- Maintain the technical baseline and oversee all technical aspects of complex training systems, including subsystems and interfaces.
- Direct the team's technical activities, review system performance specifications, and evaluate the overall effectiveness of engineering processes.
Pay
Minimum Salary: $106,437
Maximum Salary: $163,514
