SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER

Supervisory General Engineer position within the AIR PLATFORM SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DIVISION, SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

About the role

Lead the Platform Stores Integration (PSI) Division, overseeing all efforts to integrate weapons, mission systems pods, and other stores into aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain a comprehensive Platform/Stores Integration training program for branch members.
• Develop project planning objectives for engineering development of current and long-range programs.
• Assist programs in the preparation, planning, and development of store integration plans for assigned systems.
• Evaluate technological developments and their applicability to assigned programs, recommending appropriate technical changes throughout the design process.
• Establish yearly performance and training objectives for employees and evaluate their performance.

Pay

Salary range: $143,913 – $197,200 per year.
