Supervisor Ultrasound

About the role

The Supervisor of Ultrasound oversees and coordinates all ultrasound procedures and activities of the assigned staff. This role collaborates with Radiologists and department management to ensure adherence to department and hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate ultrasound procedures and activities
• Collaborate with Radiologists and department management
• Ensure compliance with department and hospital policies, procedures, and protocols
• Work with the assigned staff to carry out department and hospital policies, procedures, and protocols

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Ultrasound Program or equivalent education
• Two years of Supervisory Experience preferred
• ARDMS Registered in physics and one other registry required
• Vascular Registry (if not in place, must be obtained within one year of hire)
• BLS Certification required
