About the role
Ultrasound Supervisor position responsible for overseeing diagnostic ultrasound services.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of diagnostic ultrasound services
- Supervise sonographers and coordinate scheduling
- Perform advanced ultrasound scans and assist radiologists and physicians
- Ensure high-quality imaging and maintain compliance with safety, accreditation, and infection-control standards
- Manage equipment maintenance and optimize workflow efficiency
- Support staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Oversee ultrasound services, ensure quality and safety standards, support staff development, and contribute to clinical excellence and innovation in a patient-centered environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in diagnostic ultrasound and supervision
- Strong knowledge of safety, accreditation, and infection-control protocols
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
