Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight to youth and families in the Treatment Works program under the Children's Outpatient Division.
• Ensure the TW program delivers intensive wraparound services for youth displaying violence, at risk of violence, suicidal or self‑harm thoughts, or identified by Pinellas County School system.
• Stabilize youth and families and prepare them to remain in or reenter their educational environment.
• Facilitate timely access to mental health, substance use treatment, and supportive services.
• Utilize solution‑focused, family‑centered, evidence‑based practices to strengthen youth and families and prevent school or law‑enforcement incidents.
• Work with all family members using a team‑based, supportive, empowering, and respectful approach to develop safe coping skills and parenting practices.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to a team of Counselors and Intensive Case Managers (HFW‑ICM) delivering clinical interventions for safety concerns.
• Oversee the Integrated Decision Team (IDT) consisting of Counselor and Behavioral Health Case Manager.
• Ensure individualized, strength‑based treatment plans are built collaboratively with the youth, family, natural and community supports during IDT sessions.
• Guarantee that HFW‑ICM services adhere to the High Fidelity Wraparound model and its principles (Family Voice and Choice, Culturally and Linguistically Competent, Individualized, Strengths‑Based, Natural Supports, Community‑Based, Team‑Based, Collaboration and Integration, Persistence‑Unconditional Care, Outcome‑Based).
• Ensure ICM services occur in the community at a location convenient and comfortable for the family.
• Achieve the required annual client‑facing care hours: 9,588 total (minimum 4,230 hours for three Intensive Case Managers, 3,948 hours for three Counselors, and 1,410 hours for one Children’s Care Coordinator).
• Be willing and able to provide vital support and essential services during emergencies, pandemics, or other disaster situations as an essential services provider.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related area from an accredited university.
• Florida licensure as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2‑5 years of documented supervisory experience.
• Minimum two years of experience working with at‑risk populations (families experiencing substance misuse, domestic violence, mental health, emotionally disturbed children).
• Must become certified as a Wraparound Facilitator in high fidelity Wraparound and as a Wraparound Facilitator Supervisor/Coach within 3 months of employment.
• Preference given to individuals already certified as a Wraparound Facilitator Supervisor/Coach in high fidelity Wraparound.
• Previous child welfare experience preferred.
