Treatment Supervisor

About the role

The Treatment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the treatment program, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures. This includes managing staff schedules, coordinating with external service providers, and providing support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily treatment program operations
• Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with staffing requirements
• Collaborate with external service providers to coordinate services
• Provide support and guidance to clients and staff
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work)
• At least 2 years of experience in a treatment setting
• Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Current certification in substance abuse counseling or a related field
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices
• Experience with data management and reporting
