Treatment Supervisor

About the role

The Treatment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the treatment program, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures. They also provide support to clients and staff, facilitating communication between different departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the treatment program to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Provide support to clients and staff, facilitating communication between different departments.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work).
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management position within a mental health or substance abuse setting.
• Knowledge of addiction treatment principles and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
