Supervisor, Retail Service Operations

Responsibilities

• Supervise vehicle inspections and manage shop workflows to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure employees have proper training and equipment.
• Communicate reconditioning goals, results, and issues with the operations manager.
• Assist in monitoring employee performance and conducting appraisals.
• Use management tools to track production and post charges.
• Lead by example, promote respectful treatment, and enforce policies.
• Oversee the use of supplies, materials, and equipment in the shop.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong supervisory, organizational, and safety knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license; capable of driving standard and automatic vehicles.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
