Retail Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

The Retail Operations Supervisor oversees diverse food services, merchandise, shared revenue, and banquet operations at assigned departments. This position reports to the assigned Retail Operations Manager.

What You Will Do

• Provides day-to-day retail operations support and team member oversight, including overseeing quick service food/retail, full service restaurants, and/or banquet operations.
• Collaborates with other departments to provide the highest quality guest experience.
• Maintains facilities and equipment to ensure top operational capacity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in merchandise, restaurant, and/or banquet operations.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in theme park or multiunit quick service operations (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience working with represented labor (preferred).
• A degree in business management, hospitality, or related field (desirable).
• Servesafe Manager Certification within 90 days.
• Safe Food Handling Certification within 90 days.

Skills and Knowledge

• Effective communication (verbal and written).
• Leadership and training ability in a fast-paced food/retail environment.
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to identify and evaluate safety risks.
• Knowledge of inventory management and display techniques.
• Understanding of merchandising operations.
• Tact and diplomacy skills.
• Proficiency in moderately complex computer software programs.
• Understanding of budgets and profit and loss statements.
