Essential Job Functions
- Aids Managers in overseeing bar operations
- Manages schedule according to staffing levels
- Trains bartenders on POS system, company rules, and regulations
- Communicates new company rules and state laws to bartenders
- Investigates and manages guest complaints or employee issues
- Collaborates with bartenders to enhance customer service
- Gathers information on new products from guests and bartenders
- Maintains monthly inventory
- Monitors beverage staff for proper service
- Enforces company policies and procedures
- Ensures accurate payroll using E-time
- Keeps up-to-date with promotions and adjusts personal levels accordingly
- Knows union contact information
Physical/Mental Requirements
- Able to work nights, overnights, and all weekends
- Frequent flexibility with schedule
- Capable of working long 12-hour shifts
- Adaptable to training various personalities
