About the Role

Seeking a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a luxury hotel environment. The role involves greeting guests, guiding them through menus, taking and relaying orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a seamless and personalized service. The server collaborates with kitchen and bar staff to maintain high standards of presentation and quality, while also managing guest payments and maintaining a clean dining area.

Responsibilities

• Providing warm customer service and building guest rapport.
• Recommending menu items and answering questions.
• Accurately taking and relaying orders.
• Serving food and beverages professionally and promptly.
• Anticipating guest needs and enhancing their experience.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Processing payments accurately.

Requirements

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit (if applicable).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 6 months to 1 year serving experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
