About the role
As a Rental Supervisor at Mammoth Mountain, you will be part of a world-leading winter resort and play a vital role in inspiring and leading your team. You will supervise a team of rental technicians, coordinate rental activities, maintain inventory, and provide exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of rental technicians
- Cook up rental activities
- Maintain inventory
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ski industry experience preferred, rental shop
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using operational software and other computer applications
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with inventory management principles

Pay
Hourly Pay Rate: $22.77-$24.58
