• Motivates staff to the highest level of efficiency and productivity
• Accountable for financial, employee, and guest service goals of the department
• Work areas include office, parking lot, lobby, and on-hill ski or riding

Requirements

• Experience in supervising people
• High School graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests, employees, and management
• Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines, solving problems using common sense and department policy
• Computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Responsible for coaching, measurement, and recognition of employee performance, including seasonal performance reviews
• High level of emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation
• Proven leadership experience in managing employees and fostering teamwork
• Ability to effectively resolve guest concerns and maintain a positive atmosphere
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, shoveling snow, and working in varying weather conditions, including direct sun and adverse weather
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in a ski resort setting

Pay

Hourly pay rate: $22.77 to $24.58
