Supervisor Quality Control Field

About the role

At Lambert's Cable, as a Supervisor Quality Control Field, you’ll supervise and implement the company’s construction program ensuring reported deficiencies are appropriately documented and corrections are completed through follow-up and work order sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Perform field audits for accuracy of marks and compliance with applicable state laws, regulations, and contractual obligations per clients
• Conduct root cause analysis on quality failures
• Complete all applicable forms and documents required for the auditing and investigation processes, and communicate audits and investigation findings with quality assurance and operations management
• Correct field risk findings and coach/mentor technicians
• Perform quality assurance ride-along with field technician upon Operations Manager request
• Assist, train, and supervise field technicians assigned to you
• Provide frequent and ongoing feedback to Field Check partner to improve quality results and reduce damages

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good working knowledge of telecommunications construction; familiarity with aerial lift devices, utility lines/poles, and various other telecommunications construction equipment, and the functionality of each; ability to identify and troubleshoot problems
• 3+ years of inspection experience
• Perform Other duties as assigned
