Supervisor, Project Coordinators

About the role
The Supervisor, Project Coordinators reports to the Divisional Director, Project Coordinators and can be located in any of the following locations: Lewisville, TX; Knoxville, TN; Winston-Salem, NC; Albany, GA; or Tampa, FL. This full-time, hybrid role oversees the Project Coordinator team and collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless execution of awarded projects.
Responsibilities
- Team Management
- Manage all Project Coordinators, ensuring effective utilization of resources and proper execution of projects.
- Evaluate staffing levels and make recommendations for resource allocation as needed.
- Assist in onboarding and training new hires within the department, focusing on account coordination and customer service.
- Collaboration and Strategy
- Work with other managers to strategize on best practices for project execution and customer support.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues related to pricing, shipment tracking, and credits processing.
- Project Coordination
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, expediting equipment delivery to meet project lead times.
- Provide weekly communication on project installation dates and ensure accurate backlog reporting.
- Oversee timely project billings and closeout processes.
- Customer Support
- Respond to customer requests promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure completion of cut sheet books, service manuals, equipment start-up, and training schedules.

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree, or equivalent military or practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service and project coordination roles.
- 1–3 years of experience with Windows Server environments.
- Previous experience in the foodservice industry preferred.
- 3+ years of experience developing and leading training initiatives in a sales/service environment.
- CFSP Certification preferred.
- Team management and leadership experience.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
