About the role

The Supervisor, Programming and Tooling is responsible for overseeing the programming and tooling processes within the manufacturing department. This position ensures that all machinery and tools are efficiently maintained and utilized to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the programming and tooling processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain and repair machinery and tools to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to develop and implement new programming and tooling solutions.
• Train and mentor junior staff on programming and tooling techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and tooling practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
