About the role

The Supervisor Printing Operations leads daily operations within the CVS Health Mailroom, overseeing print production processes, equipment, and workflow solutions that drive quality, efficiency, security, and compliance. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of print and mail operations while maintaining adherence to HIPAA/PHI requirements, safety standards, quality controls, and operational procedures. As a people leader, you will foster a culture of accountability, engagement, continuous improvement, and customer focus. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively lead and develop team members, solve problems in a fast-paced production environment, balance competing priorities, and build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization. This is a 24/7, 365-day operation that handles sensitive healthcare information and requires a strong commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Schedule

The scheduled shift is 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with required weekend coverage on Saturday and Sunday and additional scheduled days off during the week. Anticipated weekly hours: 40. Time type: Full time.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee print production processes, equipment, and workflow solutions to ensure quality, efficiency, security, and compliance.
  • Ensure timely completion of print and mail operations while adhering to HIPAA/PHI requirements, safety standards, and quality controls.
  • Lead and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
  • Solve problems in a fast-paced production environment and balance competing priorities.
  • Build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Support shipping and receiving operations.
  • Troubleshoot operational and production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a print, mail, production, manufacturing, or similar operational environment with responsibility for production processes and quality outcomes.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn and utilize print-related systems and technologies, including job ticketing, scheduling, prepress, digital print, inserting, and production tracking applications.
  • Knowledge of USPS regulations and mailing requirements, or the ability to quickly learn.
  • Proven ability to operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, or obtain required training.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Supervisory or team leadership experience in a print, mail, production, or manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of print production equipment, processes, and technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe applications and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience creating, editing, and maintaining production schedules, reports, and operational records.
  • Experience managing inventory levels and production-related supplies.
  • Ability to inspect production output and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Education

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $43,888.00 - $85,068.00 annually. This pay range represents the base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
