• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Printing and Converting Department under the supervision of the Printing Manager or Converting Manager.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in printing and converting operations
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
