Supervisor Patron & Valet Services

Full-time position, 40 hours per week on a day shift schedule (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday).

Responsibilities

• Perform various personnel functions including hiring, conducting annual reviews, and making merit recommendations.
• Develop staffing schedules and approve Time and Attendance for Patron and Valet staff.
• Provide customer service and job-related training to new and existing staff in cooperation with other supervisors.
• Coach individual team members to promote personal growth and improvement in services.
• Coordinate daily staffing needs with other departmental supervisors to ensure adequate coverage across all venues.
• Oversee daily financial transactions of Valet staff as appropriate.
• Handle all customer service inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Track all compliments and complaints to recognize patterns and take proactive action.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and patron/valet areas to ensure they remain in good working order.
• Assist with Patron and Valet duties to ensure excellent customer service for patients and guests.
• Provide input to the Director regarding the compilation of the annual operating and capital equipment budgets.
• Manage staff to keep payroll expenses within budgeted hours.
• Promote teamwork among all Patron and Valet staff.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and interact positively with all Medical Center staff.
• Alternate on-call coverage with other supervisors to ensure adequate weekend coverage.
• Inspect public-facing areas daily to maintain workplace standards.
• Hold staff accountable for keeping work locations neat and free of visible personal items.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; three years of supervisory experience in the Patron and Valet industry or another customer service-focused industry preferred.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Valid applicable state driver’s license.

Pay

Pay range: $24.10 – $36.15 per hour.
