Full-time position, 40 hours per week on a day shift schedule (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday).
Responsibilities
- Perform various personnel functions including hiring, conducting annual reviews, and making merit recommendations.
- Develop staffing schedules and approve Time and Attendance for Patron and Valet staff.
- Provide customer service and job-related training to new and existing staff in cooperation with other supervisors.
- Coach individual team members to promote personal growth and improvement in services.
- Coordinate daily staffing needs with other departmental supervisors to ensure adequate coverage across all venues.
- Oversee daily financial transactions of Valet staff as appropriate.
- Handle all customer service inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Track all compliments and complaints to recognize patterns and take proactive action.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and patron/valet areas to ensure they remain in good working order.
- Assist with Patron and Valet duties to ensure excellent customer service for patients and guests.
- Provide input to the Director regarding the compilation of the annual operating and capital equipment budgets.
- Manage staff to keep payroll expenses within budgeted hours.
- Promote teamwork among all Patron and Valet staff.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and interact positively with all Medical Center staff.
- Alternate on-call coverage with other supervisors to ensure adequate weekend coverage.
- Inspect public-facing areas daily to maintain workplace standards.
- Hold staff accountable for keeping work locations neat and free of visible personal items.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; three years of supervisory experience in the Patron and Valet industry or another customer service-focused industry preferred.
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Valid applicable state driver’s license.
Skills

- Familiarity with MS Office products such as Excel and Word.

Pay
Pay range: $24.10 – $36.15 per hour.
