Supervisor, Patient Access, Evenings

Responsibilities

• Exemplify excellent customer skills at all times.
• Assist in greeting, directing, and maintaining the flow of patients as they present to the Guest Service and other Patient Access areas of the Facility.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service to both external and internal customers.
• Afford support to the Patient Registration staff.
• Aid in generating various reports, including time and attendance, denials, and work queue reports.
• Assist with all other Patient Access responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• One year in hospital registration or central business office.
• Desired: Three years in hospital registration or central business office.
• High School Diploma or GED.
