Supervisor - Patient Access, Days

About the role

Providing leadership and supervising the employees and daily operations of facility-based Patient Access Services. Functional areas that report to this position could include IP/OP and ED registration, Financial Counseling, as well as others as assigned. The supervisor may service one or more hospital facilities.

Qualifications

• Education: H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required. Associates Degree or Bachelors from a recognized college or university Preferred.
• Work Experience: 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience Required. 5 years of related Revenue Cycle healthcare experience, preferably within PAS Preferred. 2 years of supervisory experience Preferred.
• Licenses and Certifications: None Required. Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association Preferred or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative Preferred.
