Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
- Manage logistics team to route orders efficiently and meet productivity and cost goals.
- Oversee inventory management and place purchase orders according to company protocols.
- Address service concerns and identify trends to improve patient services.
- Work with leadership to resolve issues and enhance the patient experience.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements for operational issues.
- Communicate with physicians and referral sources regarding patient conditions.
- Coordinate with regional and departmental leadership to align with organizational goals.
- Assist with resolving equipment problems and performing maintenance tasks.
- Assume on-call responsibilities during non-business hours.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Select, hire, train, and provide feedback to staff.
- Plan, monitor, and appraise department performance; coach and counsel employees.
- Create and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

Minimum Job Qualifications
- A minimum of an associate degree from an accredited college, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Five (5) years of experience in HME leadership.
- Relevant experience in health care, insurance customer services, claims, and billing.
- A valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.
