Supervisor, Operations
About the role
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising, labor management, and planning of inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication activities daily, including labor scheduling, space utilization, equipment and manpower. People management responsibilities include hiring and training, planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues and resolving problems.
Responsibilities
- Counsels and disciplines team members as needed
- Manages operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals
- Assists in the physical operations as needed
- Delivers results by leveraging the skills of the right people at the right time
- Supports adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Supports and trains team members with adherence to SOPs (corporate and client)
Requirements
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED, 3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment, 1 year experience in a supervisory role
- Skills & Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, and Power Point), RF Scanners, WMS functions, strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accomplish job tasks in a timely manner, good organizational and personnel skills, good communication skills, written and oral, good leadership, supervision, and planning skills, able to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, as required by the operation
Qualifications
- Must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must have 3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment
- Must have 1 year experience in a supervisory role

Pay
The expected base pay range is $70,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education or certifications, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
Schedule
Full Time Schedule: 1A / 1st Shift Hours: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday
