Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a team of 10 engineers

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and engineering
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers
• Experience with automation and robotics technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
