What You Will Do
- Serve as a player-coach, balancing personal recruiting responsibilities while supporting the performance, development, and success of the Talent Acquisition team.
- Provide onsite leadership, guidance, mentoring, and day-to-day support to recruiters.
- Aid in workload balancing, recruiting priorities, onboarding, and training activities.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop talent acquisition strategies, workforce plans, and recruiting solutions that support business objectives.
- Promote compliance with employment laws, recruiting policies, and hiring best practices.
What You Need to Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated success recruiting both hourly and salaried positions, including operations, maintenance, engineering, supply chain, administrative, professional, and management roles.
- Demonstrated informal leadership, mentoring, coaching, or team support experience.
- Knowledge of compliant hiring practices and employment laws.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), candidate sourcing, recruiting metrics, and talent acquisition best practices.
