Supervisor of Markets+ Market Design

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Markets+ market design policies and plans
• Coordinate market design changes across systems, processes, and stakeholders
• Engage with stakeholders, participants, regulatory agencies, and internal teams
• Analyze market data and operations to identify issues and improvements
• Support and represent Markets+ initiatives in committees and working groups
• Provide leadership, direction, and performance management for team members

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science or related field
• Six (6) years of job-related experience obtained in a responsible role related to or directly applicable to SPP market operations OR Eight (8) years of experience in a related field
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
• Organizational skills
• Facilitation skills for internal and external team/group meetings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Cum competent working skills with communication and data handling software such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Access
• Demonstrate proficiency in business acumen and professional conduct
• Demonstrate the ability to function with constantly changing and multiple priorities
• Understanding of and compliance with SPP Policies and Procedures

Preferred

• Advanced knowledge of the SPP market design and software
• Supervisory experience
• Advanced degree or professional certification in related field of study
