Market Supervisor

About the role

The Market Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of a high-volume market. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, training employees, and fulfilling guest orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain market inventory and order supplies
• Train employees
• Fulfill guest orders including preparing beverages and light cooking duties
• Ensure product quality and service standards

Requirements

This position requires a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required.

• Refined verbal and written skills
• Desire to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous supervisory experience (preferred)

Pay

The budgeted range for this position starts at $18.00 per hour + tips. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
