Supervisor of IT - Tapestry (Epic)

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily IT operations
• Managing and developing staff
• Cooking system design and maintenance
• Ensuring quality service performance
• Leading enhancements of clinical and administrative applications
• Performing complex system analysis, design, and simulation
• Optimizing the delivery of services at the enterprise level
• Evaluating and presenting information for effective and timely decision-making
• Creating technical process models/flows
• Participating in the recruitment and selection of technical staff
• Encouraging and developing training programs and methodologies for career growth
• Providing direct supervision to a team of staff and indirect supervision to the remainder of the assigned application team(s)
• Assuring SLAs for incidents are met and project timelines and deliverables are achieved

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or equivalent professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years proven experience working in an Information Technology or software vendor organization within the healthcare industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word, and use department specific computer applications
