Supervisor of IT - Epic Beaker

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily IT operations
• Management and development of staff
• Coordination of system design and maintenance
• Ensuring quality service performance
• Leading enhancements of clinical and administrative applications
• Overseeing Beaker analysts and providing technical and workflow leadership
• Partnering with lab operations, clinicians, and IT to deliver efficient, compliant, and innovative laboratory solutions

Requirements

• Strong implementation experience with Epic Beaker
• Deep knowledge of lab workflows
• The ability to manage complex system integrations
• Mentoring and developing a high-performing team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or equivalent professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of proven experience in an Information Technology or software vendor organization within the healthcare industry
