About the role

The Supervisor, Maintenance (C-Shift) oversees a team responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of various building systems in industrial and commercial settings. This role also involves planning and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and supporting design and engineering projects.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise personnel through interviews, training, goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and security standards and enforce company policies.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance tasks, materials, and personnel.
  • Coordinate meetings and training sessions for team members.
  • Lead the maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and carpentry systems.
  • Order and receive necessary materials, maintain inventory, and update technical manuals.
  • Support project coordination and customer service for tenants and passengers.
  • Manage work within budget constraints and record work performed, assign charges to accounts.
  • Participate in design and engineering projects as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and associate's degree in related field or journeyman certification.
  • Valid Class D Drivers license.
  • Vast knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems in industrial and commercial applications.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge.

Pay

Hourly Pay Range: $30.67 - $52.79. Final pay offer will be based on relevant skills and experience to the position.

Schedule

Third Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:30 am (hours are subject to operational need).
