Supervisor Imaging
About the Role
As our Imaging Services Supervisor, you will oversee all specialized, administrative, and regulatory operations, ensuring seamless and patient-centered service delivery. You will champion your team, advocating for their needs, ideas, and concerns directly to leadership. Leveraging exceptional communication skills, you will navigate challenging conversations and serve as a dedicated educator to enhance understanding of patient, staff, and organizational needs.
To succeed, you will demonstrate competence and confidence in managing your team through clear communication, robust performance management, strategic hiring, and comprehensive training initiatives. You will support diagnostic imaging services in compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures, adopting methods to measure, sustain, and improve quality while enhancing the patient experience.
Additionally, you will supervise assigned personnel, promote a safe environment for patients and staff, and support initiatives that advance diagnostic imaging services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee specialized, administrative, and regulatory operations in diagnostic imaging.
- Advocate for team needs, ideas, and concerns to leadership.
- Navigate challenging conversations and educate staff on patient, organizational, and regulatory needs.
- Manage team performance through clear communication, hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures in diagnostic imaging.
- Implement methods to measure, sustain, and improve the quality of diagnostic imaging services.
- Enhance patient experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote and maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and the public.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or High School GED (required).
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a general office setting (required).
- Associate of Science or Bachelor of Science (preferred).

Pay
$45.26 - $67.32 per hour.
