About the role

The Production Control Supervisor will plan, prepare, issue, and control production schedules while coordinating with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials to meet production needs. They will advise management on the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production issues. The supervisor will schedule equipment and personnel, confirm material supply and demand, and prepare work orders or purchase requests for production or purchasing components or parts.

Responsibilities

  • Cook up and coordinate with material requirements to maintain a steady flow of approved materials
  • Advise management on the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems
  • Schedule equipment and personnel
  • Confirm material supply and demands
  • Prepare work orders or purchase requests for production or purchase of components or parts

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of Production Controls work experience or equivalent experience

Skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with production scheduling and material requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $82,779 - $140,723

Schedule

Regular employees scheduled to work 20+ hours per week are eligible for benefits.
