SUPERVISOR II
About the role
The Disability Insurance (DI) Branch seeks a Supervisor II to lead training and development efforts. This role oversees two units within the Training and Program Development Group, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs for staff in the DI and Paid Family Leave programs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and delivery of integrated training programs
- Manage training-related reporting and analytics to support employee performance and program effectiveness
- Ensure training initiatives are responsive, data-informed, and aligned with operational priorities
- Inspire and engage teams, promote cross-functional collaboration, and champion continuous learning and improvement
- Drive training development strategies and translate complex program requirements into effective learning solutions
Requirements
This position is eligible for hybrid telework, which may be subject to change. Will consider candidates from all parts of California. The headquarters is located in downtown Sacramento, near light rail; with multiple field office locations across the state of California.

$7,872.00 - $9,781.00
