Responsibilities
- Schedule, sample, and collect EM samples and utilities as per ISO standards.
- Respond to audit responses and write reports for Actions, Alerts, Incidents, and provide updates to management regarding potential issues.
- Review and compare published guidelines, USP revisions, and EM industry trends to keep the EM program updated.
- Train EM technicians on the use of the database and ensure its accuracy.
- Conduct and/or train EM personnel on performing investigations.
- Review lab results for accuracy and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administer the EM Database and manage data entry and issuance of EM data forms.
- Notify management of possible problems with ISO-classified areas, WFI systems, and other EM-related issues.
- Manage and supervise a team of EM technicians and Specialists.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Biology, Chemistry, or a related hard science field.
- Minimum 2 years of related pharmaceutical experience in aseptic processing, environmental monitoring, cGMP, and microbiological techniques.
- Lead experience required.
- Laboratory experience required.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate situations and determine appropriate courses of action.
- Experience managing investigations and resolving conflicts.
- Knowledge of statistics and college-level math.

Pay & Schedule
Hiring wage: $45.50 – $61.56, with opportunities for growth, promotion, and annual raises.
