About the role

Supervise the day-to-day activities supporting Human Resources Operations, including health and welfare benefits and general administration. Ensure accurate processes and audit compliance, issue resolution, and employee satisfaction; create and maintain a continuous improvement environment.

Responsibilities

  • Distribute workload and resolve escalated issues.
  • Ensure compliance requirements and service level expectations are met by the team.
  • Provide a high level of team support, coach, and mentor team members.
  • Develop employees by effectively measuring performance and engaging team members in developmental activities.
  • Drive onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer of team members.
  • Ensure team provides high customer service levels.
  • Evaluate HR processes; ensure documentation and training materials are accurate and up to date.
  • Identify and implement changes and corrections to system(s); maintain accurate vendor data.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities and projects for all processes owned by the team.

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience: operations and/or administration experience, including employee and/or vendor support.
  • Four-year degree: Business, Human Resources, Management, or related area.
  • Supervisory/management experience strongly preferred.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.

Pay

The expected base salary for this position is starting at $65,000-$70,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, standard business hours, in office.
