About the role

Responsible for leading a team of 10 in the development and implementation of new software solutions. Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage software projects from conception to completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and clients
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Manage project risks and issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide feedback to the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software development
• Experience managing software development projects
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Experience with version control systems like Git
