Supervisor Foodservice

Job Duties

• Responsible for all aspects of Foodservices.
• Schedules, conducts meetings, monitors performance and provides feedback.
• Maintains quality, safety, sanitation, service and HACCP standards.
• Recruits, interviews and selects foodservice staff.
• Trains and orientates new hires.
• Responds to questions and solves problems.
• Serves as a contact person for patients, staff and guests.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures.
• Evaluates the staff.
• Ensures service timelines are met.
• Performs opening and closing duties as needed.

Education

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred).

Position Details

• Rotating weekends and holidays required.
