About the role
As the Supervisor, you will provide technical supervision of a variety of maintenance, repair, installation, fabrication, and construction duties. In this role, you will assist the manager and director with the preparation of work schedules for assigned maintenance personnel, the training of subordinates, and the prioritization/assignment of work orders.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent trade school education/experience in maintenance related discipline
- Four (4) years of experience in various maintenance related disciplines with experience in physical plant operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- EPA Air Conditioning certification
- Boiler operation certification
- Lead or supervisory experience
- Experience in a health care setting
Pay
75,192 - 93,995 USD per year
