Supervisor Facilities Management
Job Summary
Establishes work schedules
Manages the ordering of supplies and services to maintain expenses within budget.
Oversees accomplishment of services
Responds to building system casualties and takes immediate action to restore services
Tracks preventive maintenance to ensure Maintenance Mechanics and Senior Maintenance Mechanics accomplish assigned tasks within the month assigned
Sets tasks and repairs to Maintenance Mechanics and Senior Maintenance Mechanics and verifies that assignments are completed correctly and in a timely manner
Assesses training needs and arranges for needed training
Performs preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
Qualifications
- Technical Associates Degree preferred
- 5 years related experience is required
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is required
