Facilities Manager

We are partnering with Sedna Digital Solutions (Sedna), a growing small business providing innovative solutions to the national security community, to find a Facility Manager. About the role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to join our collaborative and mission-focused team. The Facility Manager will oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, safety, space management, and vendor coordination to ensure efficient and secure operations across company locations. This role supports a sensitive environment involving electromechanical assembly, light manufacturing, and warehousing.
Responsibilities
- Manage building operations, maintenance, and project execution in a sensitive environment.
- Drive process improvements, cost reductions, plant/facilities rearrangement, and production support requirements.
- Coordinate renovations and building maintenance projects.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, and inspection requirements.
- Coordinate with security, vendors, and contractors for projects and moves.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and maintain relationships with building owners and partners.
- Communicate facility updates and respond to emergencies.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- 100% onsite role located at 10611 Balls Ford Road, Suite 300, Manassas, VA 20109.
- Bachelor’s degree or significant equivalent experience with strong project coordination and compliance skills.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive professional experience in facility management and/or production operations.
- Proactive leadership with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and prioritize critical tasks.
- Demonstrated experience enforcing OSHA, building codes, and corporate safety policies.
- Effective project and maintenance management, including coordinating renovations and vendor work on schedule and within budget.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
Pay
Salary range: $100,000 - $135,000 annually, dependent on relevant experience and demonstrated performance.
