for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "It's more than a career, it's a calling. We need to decide sections. We have content for: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph(s) describing role, mission, etc. Could be "About the role". We have "It's more than a career, it's a calling..." and "Supervise and support Environmental Services team members..." That's about role. - Responsibilities: we have a long list of primary responsibilities. - Requirements: includes Education, Experience, Physical Requirements, maybe Licenses/Certifications (none). Could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose which to include. We have Education, Experience, Physical Requirements, Licenses (none). Could put under "Requirements". Also "Qualifications" maybe similar. But we should avoid duplicate thin sections. Probably combine Education, Experience, Physical Requirements, Licenses under "Requirements". If we have any specific skills? Not explicitly listed besides maybe "proficiency in techniques and equipment", "ability to hear alarms", etc. Could be under "Skills". But we may not need separate Skills if we put under Requirements. - Schedule: we have schedule details: Full-time Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with every other weekend and a holiday rotation. Also Work Shift: Day Shift, Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40. So we can include Schedule section. - Benefits: not mentioned. So omit. - Pay: not mentioned. Omit. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Schedule. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info. Must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format as lists. We need to include department? The department info maybe not needed as heading but could be included in About the role or Responsibilities. The posting includes Department: Environmental Services and Department: 9131000225 EVS. We should preserve that info. Could include in About the role as a sentence: "Department: Environmental Services". Or maybe include as a separate line. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not needed. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The department ID maybe minor metadata; we could include in a paragraph. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, application instructions, etc. We must not include navigation, cookie, legal, etc. Thus final HTML fragment:

Schedule

Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with every other weekend and a holiday rotation. Day Shift. Scheduled weekly hours: 40.

We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The posting also had "Job Summary: Conducts departmental orientation, monitors employee training. Ensures staff has appropriate equipment, training, licenses and resources to be held accountable to departmental and regulatory policies and procedures. Conducts rounding and provides feedback and coaching to staff members." That's basically duplicate of first few responsibilities; we already have those in responsibilities list. It's okay to include but we might duplicate. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay as long as we don't lose info. We have those points already in responsibilities list (first three items). So we are fine. We also had "Department: 9131000225 EVS Work Shift: Day Shift (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40". We included Day Shift and weekly hours in schedule. The department ID we omitted; maybe we should include as minor metadata in a paragraph. Could add a short p: "Department ID: 9131000225 EVS." But the instruction says fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. It's okay to drop it? It's minor metadata; we could drop it. But to preserve ALL substantive information, we should not drop it if it's substantive? It's a department ID; maybe not essential but still info. The instruction says "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can either include in a short p or drop. I'd include a short p under About the role or after schedule. Let's add a short p: "

Department ID: 9131000225 EVS.

" maybe under About the role. We also had "Apply today. SSM Health – We bring out the incredible
