SUPERVISOR, ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

Responsibilities

• Daily planning, scheduling and supervising of department
• Working closely with director and operations manager to attain department goals
• Daily rounds, quality assurance inspections and patient surveys
• Hiring, counseling, evaluation of staff and training
• Demonstrate and ensure that staff demonstrate the EXCELS Core Values to internal and external customers

Qualifications

• Three years supervisory experience required, preferably in the healthcare, Environmental Services area
• Proficient in the use of computer, Word and Excel programs, calculator
• Display excellent verbal, written and persuasive skills
• Prefer knowledge of the systems to maintain carpets and hard floor surfaces
• Have knowledge in the use of carpet extractors, walk behind auto scrubbers, floor scrubbers and other equipment
