Expected pay for this position is $25.10 - $29.54/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills, and internal equity. This is a salaried position.
Overview
This job is located in Champaign, IL. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Travel is required to visit community-based organizations, support operational needs at community events, and attend occasional leadership development in Peoria. An OSF vehicle is available for travel but is shared between the supervisor and frontline team.
Position Summary
The Supervisor of Digital Health will collaborate with OSF OnCall clinical and nonclinical teams to improve access to healthcare and enhance the health of vulnerable residents as they care for themselves at home and in the community. This role oversees the day-to-day operations and activities of Digital Health Workers (DHWs) and Digital Health Navigators (DHNs) within their hub. The supervisor acts as the main contact for senior leaders and frontline operations, ensuring alignment between community initiatives and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree
- 1 year of experience in a service-related position
- Community Health Worker certification within 1 year of hire
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft software and solid computer skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professionalism with physicians, clinicians, community organizations, and other professionals
- Proficiency in English for community engagement via telephone, in person, and digitally
- Demonstrated ability to work independently

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, social work, or community health work
