Supervisor Digital Health
Overview
The job is located in Rockford, IL, Monday-Friday from 8:00-4:30pm. Travel is required to visit and connect with community-based organizations in the area, as well as support operational needs with community events and Connect Van events. Occasional travel is required for leadership development in Peoria.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Supervisor of Digital Health will work with OSF OnCall clinical and nonclinical staff to enhance access to healthcare and improve the health of vulnerable residents. They will oversee operations within their region, serving as the primary point of contact for senior leaders and frontline operations, ensuring alignment between community initiatives and organizational goals.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associate's Degree
Experience: 1 year of experience in service-related positions
Licensure/Certification: Community Health Worker certification within 1 year of hire
Other Skills/Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to maintain professionalism; proficiency in English and by telephone, in person, and digitally; proven ability to work independently
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 2 years of experience in health care operations or experience with social work or community health work
