Supervisor, Commerce Strategy & Client Partnerships

This role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for key clients across major marketplaces
• Facilitate client communication and status updates with clear documentation
• Develop integrated strategies linking media, marketplace, and business performance to client goals
• Manage catalog and content strategy for enhanced marketplace visibility and performance
• Coordinate retail readiness initiatives including audits and SEO strategies
• Support execution of promotional plans and seasonal events for marketplace growth
• Evaluate and report on marketplace sales and performance analytics

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital commerce or retail media, with a focus on account management or strategy
• Experience with major marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, especially in catalog and promotional strategies
• Knowledge of PDP optimization and marketplace SEO best practices
• Proven ability to analyze marketplace data and provide actionable insights
• Strong track record in project management and client communication
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills

Pay

$102,000 – $122,000 annually
