As a Supervisor Clinic RN – Gastroenterology, you’ll lead and support a dynamic team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Medical Assistants (MAs) while shaping high-quality, patient-centered care in a specialized GI setting. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and manage clinical staff, ensuring excellence in day-to-day operations, workflow efficiency, and patient outcomes. You’ll play a key role in reviewing clinical charts for accuracy, compliance, and quality, helping to uphold the highest standards of care and regulatory best practices. Ideal candidates bring strong clinical leadership skills along with a solid foundation in surgical or procedural acute care, enabling them to confidently guide teams through complex patient scenarios often seen in gastroenterology care.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and manage a team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Medical Assistants (MAs).
- Ensure excellence in day-to-day operations, workflow efficiency, and patient outcomes.
- Review clinical charts for accuracy, compliance, and quality.
- Guide teams through complex patient scenarios often seen in gastroenterology care.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of registered nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Previous charge/lead nurse experience preferred.
Skills
Strong clinical leadership skills, solid foundation in surgical or procedural acute care, and the ability to confidently guide teams through complex patient scenarios often seen in gastroenterology care.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
